Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange to send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds may be considered only in cases where a replacement is not available.

Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
